Nonprofit Group Participation
We will again have a tent that will be available to all nonprofit organizations in Bartlett. The schedule for the tent will be as follows:
Wednesday, July 4: 12noon-8pm
Thursday, July 5: 5-8pm
Friday, July 6: 5-8pm
Saturday, July 7: 12noon-8pm
Sunday, July 8: 3-8pm
There is no cost to the organizations. Your members will be able to promote your organization as well as use this as a fund-raising opportunity. The only restriction that we have is that you may NOT sell food or beverages at the tent. If you would like to hold a raffle, you may do so; however, you may only sell the raffle tickets at the nonprofit tent. Please be sure to obtain any raffle license that will be necessary and have this on display during your scheduled time.
We will advise you of your scheduled time and date after we are able to determine how many organizations will be participating. We will furnish a table and two chairs—please note that electricity will not be available. If you need a particular timeslot, please let us know and we will try to accommodate as best we are able.
