Special Needs Carnival

Thursday, July 3, 2025 from Noon-2 p.m. preregistration is REQUIRED for this event.

The special needs carnival is a private event for adults and children with physical/mental disabilities. The goal is to provide a wonderful fest experience with limited crowds and decreased noise disturbances to allow everyone an opportunity to enjoy the Bartlett Fourth of July fest.

You must register for this event ahead of time. Each qualifying participant may have an additional person accompany them for this experience. A light lunch of hot dogs and chips is also provided. This event is free.
